The Ghost of Girlfriends Past star, who turns 37 Friday, says she doesn’t need a big celebration to make her big day special.

“You know, this year it just doesn’t [require a big party],” she said while promoting her upcoming movie, which costars Matthew McConaughey. “Life is full.”

The actress, who has two children with Ben Affleck, says her attitude toward her birthday is different from years past.

“Normally, I am the person that says, ‘You know my birthday is in three weeks, just so you know,’ ” she told reporters. “But, today, I figured you guys would be pretty on top of that. It’s a good one [and] I am going to celebrate it right here with you … That’s about as far as I’ve gotten.”

Just months after Jennifer Garner welcomed her second baby, she’s taken on the role of Neutrogena ambassador, revealing to ET her hair and skin care tips.

“It’s never too early to use eye cream,” Jennifer, 36, advised.

The actress is the new spokesperson for the Neutrogena Triple Renewal hair care line and she was excited to participate in her first hair flip during the commercial shoot. “Hair, it turns out, is very entertaining.”

Jennifer is costarring alongside Matthew McConaughey in the new romantic comedy ‘Ghosts of Girlfriends Past’, coming to theaters May 1.

The newborn, just shy of two months old, hit work with mom Jennifer Garner in Los Angeles yesterday, where Mrs. Ben Affleck finished reshoots for her film Invention of Lying.

“Violet was at school and Jennifer hung out with the baby in her trailer,” a source tells Celebuzz.

Invention, costarring Ricky Gervais, Jason Bateman and Tina Fey, wrapped initial production in June of 2008—when Garner sported nowhere near the baby bump she was carrying around before her January 6 delivery.

Celebuzz can confirm that reshoot costumes for the actress are Size 8, and that “Jennifer looks radiant.”

Months of pregnancy speculation followed the star couple last year, as both remained mum on a potential sibling for three-year-old Violet, eventually confirming last August.

Invention is currently slated for a 2010 release.

Ben Affleck combined a cause close to his heart with his favorite leading lady at L.A.’s House of Blues Wednesday night.

For the Children Mending Hearts Gala, Affleck, 36, received a surprise visit from his wife, Jennifer Garner.

Delivering an impassioned speech about the conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Affleck politely stepped aside when the event’s Humanitarian of the Year winner, CNN stud Anderson Cooper, took to the podium – allowing Affleck to return to his table, where Garner awaited him with open arms.

Garner, also 36, dressed in a dark cocktail dress, had slipped in to the gathering without fanfare and then peppered kisses upon Affleck’s cheek.

With two young girls waiting at home, the couple’s date didn’t last long, however. After 20 minutes Garner slipped out as quietly as she had arrived.

Affleck remained to take in a brief but rousing set by Sheryl Crow.

Others in attendance included Benji and Joel Madden, Kate Walsh, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Hank Azaria, Marisa Tomei, Alyssa Milano, Elizabeth Berkeley, Tate Donovan and Malin Akerman.

Jennifer Garner is reportedly doing very well after giving birth to her second baby girl on Tuesday.

The New York Post’s PopWrap caught up with Victor Garber, who used to co-star with Jen in Alias, and he brought them up to speed on the family.

Victor told them, “I talked to her and she’s doing great. It was a much easier birth, which I guess is true of most second births, they’re easier. She sounded fantastic. I’m very excited.” … read more »

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have welcomed another girl, their rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles and is healthy, says the rep.

No other details were available.

A smiling Garner was spotted being wheeled on a roll-away hospital bed as she was taken to her room. A blanket was draped over her, and it appeared that she was holding the baby. Shortly after, the hospital staff brought in a portable bassinet and heart monitor to check on the baby. … read more »
